✨Walking into day 1 of Year 17 and still learning.•As I reflect on the last 17 years of my career, I am thankful for the opportunities and the choice to never stop learning. •Over the years I have learned that not only do I have learners, but rather I am a learner myself. With every grade level that I have taught, every professional development I have attended, and now coaching and mentoring aspiring educators and new teachers. I enter each (this) year eager to see what lies ahead, who my learners are, and how we will grow together.• At the end of the day, We ALL have gaps; we’ll have gaps for as long as we live, because there is no person alive who has the ability to do everything.
